One day by bike through the coffee capital, its coffee gardens and the roaring Dray Sap waterfall.
This is the easiest way to get to know Dak Lak by bike. In the morning you ride through the centre of Buon Ma Thuot and out into the coffee gardens that surround the city, where a farming family shows you how coffee is grown, picked, dried and roasted.
After lunch the road leads south through farmland and small villages to Dray Sap, one of the most powerful waterfalls on the Serepok River. The support vehicle follows the group all day and brings you back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Morning City ride and coffee garden
Your guide meets you at your hotel at 7:30 for bike fitting and a short safety briefing. Ride through the centre of Buon Ma Thuot, past the Victory Monument and a local market, then leave the city on quiet lanes lined with coffee and pepper gardens. Stop at a family coffee farm to learn how coffee is grown and processed, and taste it fresh.

Midday Local lunch
Lunch at a simple local restaurant with Dak Lak dishes, followed by a rest in the shade.

Afternoon Dray Sap waterfall and return
Ride south through farmland and small villages to the Serepok River. Walk down to Dray Sap, a wide curtain of water that is at its most dramatic in the rainy season. Load the bikes onto the support vehicle and transfer back to your hotel at around 16:30.
