Overview

Sunset on the Edge of the City

Ea Kao Lake is a large reservoir about 12 km south-east of the centre of Buon Ma Thuot. Pine trees, coffee gardens and small farms line its shores.

In the late afternoon local families come here to walk, fish and watch the sun go down over the water. It is an easy escape from the city, by car or by bike.
